Day 6 in Quarantine and I actually haven’t had time to think. I’ve surprisingly been keeping myself busy by talking to people over the phone. I was on the phone for 5 hours with my best friend. But I think this is subtly a way to avoid feeling.
I know I have a lot on my mind but I am trying to avoid this in order to feel sane. I think it’s time I sat down and acknowledged my feelings. Wish me luck.
